What are Common Facial Problems and Remedies to Them?

The human skin acts as a barrier to prevent the harmful bacteria to enter the skin. It is perhaps the largest organ Common Facial Problemsof the human body and acts as a major defense organ as well. It is a complex organ and also reflects our general health. This is why it is important to take proper care of your skin, as it deserves all the nutrients it needs to protect itself from the harsh external conditions it faces.

There are many facial problems that one might face, some are specific, while others are generally common to many skin types.
Few common skin problems and remedies for them:

1. The accumulation of the sebum, which is the skin oil secreted by the sebaceous glands of the skin, or the dead skin cells can make the skin pores clogged. They lead to the expansion of the skin pores and trap dirt in them. This leads to the occurrence of puffed up skin pores. For preventing this, it is important that you follow a good cleansing regime for your skin. Always make sure that you use a face wash that suits your skin type, and wash your face at least twice daily. It is not suggested to use any soap bars for cleaning your skin, as they even wash away the desired nutrients and oils of the skin, and make the skin dry. Also it is important that you always wash off your make up before going to bed.

2. Aging is unavoidable. As a person’s age increases, so does the age of the skin. Also people suffer from early skin aging problems due to repeated exposure to the sun and muscle movements. So far, no method has been able to completely remove the wrinkles and fine lines, but the only thing that can be done is to make them less noticeable than before. You can use exfoliating agents for solving this problem, as they help in removing the dead skin cells. They also help in stimulating the collagen production. Collagen helps in firming the skin and also helps in keeping it smooth and reduces the fine lines.
