There is no doubt that we all want to look pretty, slim and fit. One has to exercise enough to look good. But it is important to eat the right kind of diet to look beautiful. There are a number of beauty foods that are healthy and help improve your appearance. The following are some foods that you can add to your diet if you want to look beautiful.
* Apple Cider Vinegar: This vinegar has a number of therapeutic properties, and makes the skin soft and supple. Apple cider vinegar is concentrated with these enzymes and help exfoliate dead skin cells. It breaks down fat and helps to digest food properly.
