So, here are some detox beauty-tips that would help you revitalize and make your skin look younger.

  • Daily workout for half an hour. This would boost the blood circulation on your face and would make it glow and shine. Some other exercises which you can include are skipping, running, swimming etc.
  • Regularly use cleanser, toner and moisturizer on your skin. Also include a daily resurfacing cream to avoid crumples in your skin.
  • Drink tons of water. This would keep your skin clean and pimple free.
  • Your daily diet must include veggies like spinach, carrot, pumpkin and stuff which is rich in vitamin A. vitamin A also acts as a barrier for development of skin cancer cells.
  • Vitamin C is a source of generating new skin cells. Hence eat fruits which are rich in vitamin C like, oranges, guavas, lemons etc.
